Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has  blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ  Eph 1:3 

There is a place in which you and I can live to escape the trials and temptation of this world. There is a place in which joy and peace are the norms of the day. If you believe in Christ Jesus, that place is available for you today.

To everyone that believes in Christ Jesus, God the father has blessed them with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm. Simply put, if the blessing exists in the heavenly realm, God the father has endowed it upon a person in Christ. These blessings are found in Christ Jesus in whom God has hid all the treasures of knowledge and wisdom.

In the gospel of John 14:2, Jesus told His disciples that He was going to prepare a place for them; that in that place there are many mansions and after He has prepared the place He will come again and receive them to Himself that where He is they may also be. So where was Jesus?

It is important to understand that the place Christ talked about was not a physical place but a place of authority. Christ Himself was the place. He was the place that needed to be prepared by His death on the cross in order to destroy the power of sin in the sinful body, and by His resurrection to rise to a new life of authority, power and dominion.

Having prepared Himself this way, God the father gave Him pre-eminence over all things. All who believe in Him are said to dwell in Him and exercise His authority. Their lives are hid in Christ and Christ has given them His life of victory, which has access to all spiritual blessings.

So when we talk of living life from above, it means living the life of the resurrected Christ; the life that is above the limitations of this world; the life that has overcome sin. Scripture admonishes us to set our affection on the things above, not on things on the earth, Col 3:2. Those things are in Christ Jesus in whom we dwell. He is that place of all authority and blessedness. In Him dwells all fullness. If you are born again, you are in that place of victory and of more than enough.

Therefore live life as a victor. Think as a victor and plan as a victor who lacks nothing. Scripture says your life is hid with Christ in God Col 3:3, and that when Jesus, who is your life, shall appear then shall you also appear with Him in glory, Col 3:4. As a Christian you are in that place of authority and glory with all spiritual blessings. Right now, as you live life from above, that glory is at work in you.

For this reason the psalmist says, He that dwells in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the almighty. Ps 91:1. When you live life from above by dwelling in Christ Jesus, God's protection will overshadow to ensure your security in all things. therefore live life from above in Christ Jesus.

Confession 

I am more than a conqueror. God  has blessed me with all things. I  am  in  Christ  Jesus  the  tower  of  refugee,  the  place  of  abundance,  the  place  of  authority.  Surely  goodness and mercy shall follow  me all the days of my life.
